Nikolai Viktorovich Levashov (1961–2012) was a Russian occultist known for pseudoscientific and antisemitic views, particularly his claims regarding a suppressed Tartarian empire. He studied physics at the National University of Kharkiv and later founded the Russian Public Movement of Renaissance–Golden Age, which was labeled a destructive cult. Levashov was criticized by Yuri Gorny for using psychic tricks and faced controversy for his book *Russia in Distorted Mirrors*, which was banned for antisemitism.
